In June of 2011, the congregation of St. John voted to accept Pastor Robert Way as it's new pastor. Pastor Way and his wife, Pam, come from the Shanksville area, where he had been the minister of the Lutheran church there for the last 10 years. They have a 26 year old son.
Pastor Way graduated from the Lutheran seminary in Gettysburg,Pa. and also earned an assoicate bachelor degree of arts from Mt. Aloyoysius in Cresson, PA. He also serves as an ambassador to the Flight 93 National Memorial as a volunteer at the park.
Pastor Way ,also, has a strong background working with youth, most recently at camp Sequenota.
